Affiliate Program Terms

By joining the Ads Uploader Affiliate Program (the "Program") you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must have an active Ads Uploader account and join using the same email address. We may approve, decline, or remove participants at our discretion.

2. Commission

You earn 25% commission on the subscription payments of each qualifying referral for their first 12 months, paid monthly for as long as they remain subscribed within that period. Commissions are paid through our managed payout process once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold. You are responsible for providing valid payout and tax details, and for any fees your own bank or payment provider charges to receive funds.

3. Qualifying Referrals and Attribution

A qualifying referral is a new customer who subscribes to a paid plan through your referral link or coupon code and completes payment. Referrals are attributed on a last-touch basis within a 30-day tracking window. Existing customers, reactivations, and your own accounts do not qualify.

4. Referral Discount Code

You may create a coupon code that gives new customers 25% off their first month on any monthly solo or team plan. The discount applies once, to the first payment only, does not apply to annual plans, and cannot be combined with other offers. We may change or withdraw the discount at any time.

5. No Self-Referral

You may not use your own referral link or coupon code to create or pay for your own subscription, or the subscription of anyone who shares your household, billing address, payment method, or business entity. Commissions generated this way will be voided, and we may remove you from the Program. We review referrals that share a name, billing address, payment identifier, or other details with the referring affiliate, and may withhold or reverse the associated commission.

6. Reversals

Commissions are earned only on genuine, completed, paid subscriptions. We may reverse or withhold commissions for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations within the approval period, duplicate or fraudulent activity, or any breach of these terms.

7. How You May Promote

You may share your link and code honestly, on your own channels. You may not:

• Bid on "Ads Uploader" or confusingly similar brand terms in paid search
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Make false or misleading claims about Ads Uploader
• Promote in any way that breaches the Ads Uploader Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law

8. Changes and Termination

We may change commission rates, the discount, these terms, or end the Program or your participation at any time. Continued participation after a change means you accept it.

9. Relationship

Participation does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. You take part as an independent party and are responsible for your own taxes.
