Account Information – When you sign up via Facebook authentication, we collect your name, email address, and store authentication tokens provided by Facebook to allow our Service to interact with your account via the Meta API.

Media Files – We temporarily store the images and videos you upload before transferring them to Facebook.

Usage Information – We log how you interact with the Service, including features used and actions taken.

Device Information – We collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device details.

Cookies & Tracking Data – We use cookies and similar technologies for login persistence, analytics, and marketing attribution. See Section 7 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service, including uploading ads via the Meta API
  • Authenticate you with Facebook and process uploads to Meta Ads Manager
  • Improve the Service and develop new features
  • Communicate with you about updates and respond to inquiries
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud or security issues

4. Data Storage & Retention

  • Media files – Retained only until successfully uploaded to Facebook, then deleted from our servers.
  • Account information & tokens – Retained as long as your account is active.
  • Storage locations – Data is processed and stored on servers located in the United States and Singapore.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share your data only when necessary:

  • Facebook Integration – To upload your media and ad data to Meta Ads Manager.
  • Service Providers – With trusted vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics providers) under data protection agreements.
  • Legal Compliance – If required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request corrections or deletion
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Request a copy of your data (data portability)
