1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ads Uploader (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

2. What We Do

Ads Uploader is a platform that helps you upload and manage creative assets for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads. Features include:

• Bulk image and video uploads
• Automatic thumbnail matching
• XLSX export for Meta Ads Manager
• Uploading ads directly via the Meta API

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Facebook Integration

Using the Service requires a Facebook account. By connecting your account, you:

• Authorize Ads Uploader to access your Facebook data as needed to provide the Service
• Agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service, Advertising Policies, and Community Standards
• Understand that Meta's API or policies may change, which could impact how our Service works

4. Accounts

You must:

• Create your own account (no account sharing)
• Keep login details secure
• Ensure all provided information is accurate
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

5. Free Trial & Billing

We offer a 7-day free trial. After that, continued use requires a paid subscription.

Free trial eligibility is limited to one trial per Facebook account. If you connect a Facebook account that has previously been used during a trial period (whether completed or not), your account will not be eligible for a free trial.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused time.

7. Your Content

You own all content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it to Meta (including via the Meta API) to provide the Service. You must ensure:

• You have rights to all uploaded content
• Content complies with Meta's policies and all applicable laws

8. Ad Campaign Responsibility (Read Carefully)

You are fully responsible for all ads, budgets, and targeting created with our Service. This includes:

• Reviewing all settings before and after upload
• Monitoring campaigns and spend in Meta Ads Manager
• Setting spend limits to prevent unexpected charges

Bulk uploads can create many ads at once. Any configuration error can multiply across all ads. Test with minimal budgets before scaling.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ads Uploader harmless for:

• Ad spend incurred through campaigns you create
• Errors in targeting, budgeting, or ad setup
• Violations of Meta's policies

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload illegal or infringing content
• Violate Meta's policies
• Gain unauthorized access to the Service or systems
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Create fraudulent or misleading ads
• Attempt to obtain multiple free trials by creating new user accounts while connecting the same Facebook account
• Circumvent trial limitations or subscription requirements through any means

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, bug-free performance, or ad results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any ad spend or charges in Meta Ads Manager
• Errors in uploads, targeting, or budgets
• Ads being disapproved, paused, or suspended
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Issues caused by Meta API changes or outages

11. Changes

We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you via the Service or email. Continued use after notice means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court in Wyoming, and you waive the right to participate in class actions.
