Team Accounts

Team accounts help agencies and organizations consolidate billing under one subscription.

How It Works

As the team owner, you can:

  • Invite users up to your seat limit
  • Manage team members through the admin panel
  • Control all billing and settings

Team members:

  • Access all Ads Uploader features
  • Cannot view billing information
  • Are linked to your organization

Managing Your Team

Adding Members

  1. Go to Admin Panel
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. They'll receive an invitation to join

Removing Members

  • Remove members anytime to free up seats
  • Access is revoked immediately
  • Seats become available for new invites

Upgrading & Downgrading

Adding More Seats

  • Upgrade anytime to add seats
  • Pro-rata billing applies immediately
  • New seats available instantly

Reducing Seats or Downgrading to Individual

Critical Warning: Downgrading from team to individual:

  • Permanently disbands the team
  • All members lose access immediately
  • Pending invitations are cancelled
  • This cannot be undone

Consider carefully before downgrading. There's no way to restore a disbanded team.
