Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date as your original purchase.

• Subscribed January 15th → Billed on the 15th each month
• Subscribed January 31st → Billed on the last day of each month

Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades

When upgrading (e.g., individual to team, or adding seats):

• Changes take effect immediately
• You're charged pro-rata for the remaining days in your cycle
• Full upgraded price applies on your next billing date

Downgrades

When downgrading:

• Changes take effect immediately

Warning: Downgrading from team to individual immediately disbands the team.
