Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, on the same date as your original purchase.

Subscribed January 15th → Billed on the 15th each month (or annually)
Subscribed January 31st → Billed on the last day of each month (or annually)

Annual Billing

Annual billing is available for individual plans only — pay for 10 months and get 12. That's $590/year instead of $708 ($59/month × 12).

Annual plans are not available for team accounts. Teams often need to add or remove seats as projects change, and monthly billing provides the flexibility to scale up or down without being locked in for a year.

Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrades

When upgrading (e.g., individual to team, or adding seats):

Changes take effect immediately
You're charged pro-rata for the remaining days in your cycle
Full upgraded price applies on your next billing date

Downgrades

When downgrading:

Changes take effect immediately
