Billing
This page covers the plans, the free trial, and where to manage your subscription.
Free Trial
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. The trial:
- needs no card,
- charges nothing,
- ends on its own after 7 days, so there is nothing to cancel.
While you are on the trial, Account > Billing shows the plans so you can upgrade whenever you are ready. There is no cancel button on this screen because there is no subscription to cancel yet.

Plans and Prices
Solo Unlimited (One Person)

The yearly option costs $180 less than 12 monthly payments ($708).
Team Unlimited (2 to 20 Seats)
Team plans are billed monthly, per seat. The price per seat drops as your team grows:

For example, a 5-seat team costs 5 seats at $44, which is $220 per month. On the billing page you choose the team size with a slider or the plus and minus buttons, and the total updates as you go.
Team plans do not have a yearly option. Teams often add or remove seats as projects change, and monthly billing keeps that flexible. See Team Accounts for how seats work.
Manage Your Subscription
Once you are on a paid plan, go to Account > Billing. Ads Uploader opens the billing portal (you will briefly see "Connecting to billing portal..."). In the billing portal you can:
- change your plan or number of seats,
- update your payment details,
- cancel your subscription.
You do not need to contact anyone to make these changes.
Billing Dates and Plan Changes
Your billing date, and how charges are worked out when you upgrade, downgrade or change seats, are handled by the billing portal.
Warning: switching from a team plan to an individual plan disbands your team. See Team Accounts before you downgrade.
Cancelling
- On the free trial: there is nothing to cancel. The trial ends on its own.
- On a paid plan: cancel in the billing portal (Account > Billing). Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and the dashboard shows a Subscription Ending Soon notice until then.
Team Members
If you are a member of someone else's team, Account > Billing shows Billing Access Restricted with the email of the team owner who controls billing. To leave the team's billing, ask the owner to remove you, or email support@adsuploader.com.
