Media Library Overview
The Media Library keeps every image and video you have uploaded through Ads Uploader. Use it to find a file again, preview it with all its linked versions, and send it back to the Uploader for new ads without uploading it twice.
What the Library Contains
- Only media uploaded through Ads Uploader. It is not a copy of your full Meta ad account media library.
- One library per ad account. Use the selector under Account Selection to switch ad accounts. Each ad account shows its own media.
- One library per user. Your library is yours alone. Members of the same team do not see each other's uploads here.
Find Your Media
Search
Type in the search box (Search by name, ID or hash...). It matches the file name, the Meta media ID or the image hash. Click Refresh to reload the list after a new upload.

Read the Media Table
Each row is one upload:

Type Pills
The pill shows what kind of item the row is:

The last three are composite items: one row that stands for a group of files.
Ratio Chips
When a file has linked versions in other aspect ratios (see Aspect Ratio Variations), small chips appear next to the pill:

So a single v means one vertical file is linked, while v1 and v2 together mean both are. A row can show several chips. Hover over a chip to see its exact ratio and the linked file name.
Preview an Item
Click the magnifying glass (or the thumbnail) to open the preview. It shows:
- The full-size image, or a video player
- Every linked ratio version (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, 1.91:1)
- The custom thumbnail for videos
- Media details such as dimensions
Select and Act on Media
Tick the checkboxes, then use the buttons above the table:

Your selection is kept when you change pages. The bar shows how many items are selected and adds "(across multiple pages)" when some are on other pages. Click Clear Selection to start again.
What Deleting Does
- Deleting removes the item from your Ads Uploader library only. The image or video stays in your Meta ad account, and ads that use it are not affected.
- You cannot undo a delete.
- You cannot delete a file that is part of a flexible, carousel or Multi Media group. Delete the group first, then the file.
Pages
The table shows 50 items per page by default. Choose 50 Items, 100 Items or 200 Items from the menu below the table, and use the page controls to move through your library.
