Media Library Overview

The Media Library contains all media assets that have been uploaded through Ads Uploader. It provides a centralized location to view, search, preview, and reuse your uploaded media.

Important Notes

Shows only Ads Uploader media: This library displays only assets uploaded through Ads Uploader, not your complete Facebook ad account media library
User-specific storage: Each user has their own independent media library - team accounts do not share media libraries between users
Persistent storage: All uploaded media remains accessible for future use

Search and Filters

Search

Search by file name, Facebook media ID, or hash using the search box at the top.

Type Filter

Filter	Shows
All Types	All media
Videos	Only video files
Images	Only image files

Sort Options

Sort	Description
Newest First (default)	Most recently uploaded first
Oldest First	Earliest uploads first
Name	Alphabetical by filename

Media Table

Each row in the media table shows:

Column	Description
Checkbox	Select media for bulk actions
Preview	Thumbnail of the media file
Media Name	Original filename
Type	Image or video, with aspect ratio badges (V, H) and container badges (FA)
Thumb	Custom thumbnail status for videos
Date	Upload date
Actions	Preview (magnifying glass) and Delete (X) buttons

Visual Indicators

Badge	Meaning
V	Has vertical variant
H	Has horizontal variant
FA	Flexible Ad container

Bulk Actions

Select media using checkboxes, then use the action buttons:

Action	Description
Use in Uploader	Send selected media to the Uploader for creating new ads (Learn more)
Delete Selected	Permanently remove selected media from your library
