Media Library Overview

The Media Library contains all media assets that have been uploaded through Ads Uploader. It provides a centralized location to view, preview, and reuse your uploaded media.

Important Notes

• Shows only Ads Uploader media: This library displays only assets uploaded through Ads Uploader, not your complete Facebook ad account media library
• User-specific storage: Each user has their own independent media library - team accounts do not share media libraries between users
• Persistent storage: All uploaded media remains accessible for future use

What You'll See

The Media Library displays a grid of your uploaded media with the following information for each item:

Media Information

• Name: The original filename of the uploaded media
• Type: Whether it's an image or video
• Variants: Indicators showing if aspect ratio variations (vertical/horizontal) are linked
• Thumbnails: Shows if custom or automatic thumbnails are assigned to videos

Visual Indicators

Flexible Ads

Flexible Ads appear in your library as a distinct media type with a 2x2 grid thumbnail showing the first 4 assets. They can be selected and used in ad creation just like regular images and videos.

Preview Feature

Click the Preview button on any media item to:

• View the full-size media
• See all linked thumbnails for videos
• View all placement variants (vertical, horizontal)
• Check media dimensions and file size

Reusing Media

Send to Uploader

1. Select media items using checkboxes
2. Click "Use in Uploader" button
3. Navigate to Uploader panel
4. Media appears ready to configure

This feature saves time by allowing you to reuse previously uploaded media without having to upload the files again. All media details, thumbnails, and variants are preserved.

Account Selection

Use the account selector at the top to:

• Switch between different ad accounts
• View media specific to each account
• Maintain your selection across sessions
