• Chat in the app. Click the chat bubble in the corner of any Ads Uploader screen. It hides while some full-screen windows are open, so close those first if you do not see it.

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

• The email address you use to sign in to Ads Uploader
• The ad account you were working in
• A short description of the issue
• Any error messages you see (copying the exact text helps)
• The steps you have already tried
• Screenshots, if you have them
